Synopsis:
A crook calling himself the Crazy Quilt begins stealing odd items such as the hands of a clock. The Blackhawks believe that he is using the crimes to boast about other crimes occuring across town at the same time, until they realize that the strange objects are actually stolen merchandise. They deduce Crazy Quilt’s identity as fence Paul Dekker and plant a trap at the next suspected crime. The plan works causing Crazy Quilt and his gang to be caught.
