Synopsis:
The Ghost Patrol meets a ghost horse named Speedstar. Speedstar watches his son Starspot lose a horse race in which he was favored. The Ghost Patrol investigates and learns that a group of crooks fixed the race by substituting a phony horse for Starspot. The ghosts expose the phony and the gang. Starspot then returns to racing and wins his next race.
