Synopsis:
Flash and Elongated Man are called to the lab of Dr. Hutson to investigate a malfunctioning computer. The Flash uses his speed to track down an electrical problem, but is unable to locate any trouble.
Captain Cold has engineered a jail break. Flash arrives on the scene of his first crime, but the Elongated Man tackles him, allowing Cold to escape. When Cold strikes again, Ralph tries to stop Flash from making the capture again. Flash knocks out Ralph and then apprehends the crook.
Elongated Man is dejected by his actions. Flash relates Ralph’s trouble to that of the computer. It seems that a radiation from the machine was preventing it from operating correctly. Ralph was also affected by the radiation. With the source of the problem discovered, Elongated Man is able to return to normal.
