Synopsis:
The Pied Piper has developed a new way to committ crimes. Using his musical abilities, he hypnotizes Ralph Dibny, the Elongated Man, into stealing for him. Ralph is then ordered to forget the crime ever occurred.
Flash, investigating the crime scene, finds footprints which point to Ralph as the theif. Piper uses his sonic hypnosis on Flash and forces him to steal as well.
Later, having forgotten his involvement in the crime, Flash investigates the second theft. Elongated Man is already on the scene and has determined that Flash was behind the robbery.
The two heroes realize they have been hypnotized and are able to trace their movements when they are controlled again. The trail leads straight to Pied Piper. Piper has them stopped, but Flash has used Ralph’s Gingold to give himself stretching abilities. The surprise ability turns the tide, and the heroes capture the villain.
