Synopsis:
The gang of Hot-Shot Hubbard abducts Bongo, a famous television chimpanzee. The crooks train Bongo for crime. However, the chimp is able to raise an alarm at each robbery. When Superboy hears the alarm, he is able to arrive in time to stop the crooks and rescue the chimp.
