Synopsis:
Felipo Montoya, the father of a Smallville boy, comes to America from Argentina. Felipo is a famous gaucho and promises to put on a show for the town. However, his act proves a failure and an embarrassment. With Superboy's help Felipo redeems himself and restores his reputation. Superboy then discovers an obstruction in Felipo's ear that made him dizzy and was responsible for his earlier failures.
