Synopsis:
Clark Kent meets a new boy is Smallville, Billy Todd. Billy wants to be Clark's pal, but Clark worries that Billy might become suspicious of his double identity. Clark becomes friends with Billy despite his worries. Billy then begins working on a secret project which Clark believes is an effort to expose him. When Billy finally reveals the project, Clark discovers that his friend was building a miniature model of Superboy for him as a gift. Clark realizes that his worries her unfounded. Billy and Clark remain good friends.
