Synopsis:
S.T.A.R. Labs scientist Jonathan Brewster operates on Cyborg to remove the device which allowed him to fall under control of the Wildebeest. The Titans observe the operation, and Nightwing realizes that S.T.A.R. had implanted their own monitoring device inside Victor which recorded his thoughts. Victor feels violated and betrayed. The Titans are able to use the device removed from Victor to track down the Wildebeest. Unfortunately, they get no answers as their foe is able to place himself into a coma, and thus avoid questions. Nightwing then informs the team that he is stepping away due to obligations in Gotham City. He recommends that Victor take his place as team leader.
