Synopsis:
Jay Garrick is summoned to Canada by his old friend, Jim Evans. Evans explains that the town is being menaced by a giant gila monster. The monster is controlled by some crooks and are using it to help them rob banks.

Flash lures the monster to it demise, but the crooks create more. Flash rescues the scientist responsible for the creation of the monsters, catches the crooks, and has the military kill the remaining monsters.
