Synopsis:
Flash uncovers a scheme by gangster Killer Kelly to steal money from the school board. Kelly is pressuring the school board to divert funds to his companies. The previous school superindendent, John Higgins, has been forced out of his position, but Flash helps him return to his former position and stops Kelly’s plans.
