Synopsis:
The Ghost Patrol is hired by advertising agent Mr. Palley to guard his two large ad displays against possible trouble. The first display, a giant baseball player balloon, has hidden controls that allow men inside to break into a diamond wholesaler.

Pedro and Slim are captured by the crooks, but signal Fred for help. Fred rescues the others before the balloon explodes. When crooks attempt to use the next display in another crime, the Ghost Patrol stops them. Palley's assistant Sparga is unmasked as the man behind the crimes.
