Synopsis:
The King witnesses a car crash into the river. He dives in and pulls out Senator Jones, who was recently kidnapped. Disguising himself as the senator, the King meets the kidnappers who are set to receive the ransom. At first they believe the King is the senator's ghost. They eventually realize their plan has been foiled and are apprehended by the police.
