Synopsis:
Scribbly's new teacher catches the boy drawing pictures in class instead of singing with his classmates. She punishes Scribbly by forcing him to write that he will not draw pictures in school one hundred times. Scribbly complies, but not before drawing an unflattering picture of the teacher on the back of his paper.
