Synopsis:
Scribbly's mother wants him to wear a pair of knickers instead of pants. Scribbly agrees to wear them if she will buy him a smock. He believes the smock will make him a better artist. When Scribbly's mother brags to her friend about the new knickers, she demands that Scribbly open his smock to show them to her friend. Scribbly opens the smock to reveal that he is not wearing the knickers. He shows off his underwear.
