Synopsis:
Ving Parker finally tracks down Scribbly after seeing his cartoon in a store window. As he passes the house, he hears the boy's wish for a drawing table. Two hours later, a drawing table is delivered to Scribbly. When Scribbly is made to entertain his little brother, Scribbly is inspired to create a cartoon entitled "Why Big Brothers Leave Home".
