Synopsis:
Scribbly idolizes cartoonist Ving Parker. After drawing a picture of a boy named Eppie on a fence, Scribbly leaves to play baseball. Ving passes the fence and is impressed by the drawing. Eppie takes the cartoonist to meet the young artist. Eppie points out Scribbly to Ving just as Scribbly hits the ball. It strikes Ving in the face, leading to the boys running away. Eppie later tells Scribbly that the man he hit was Ving Parker.
