Synopsis:
Johnny Thunder is pickpocketed by a member of a crime syndicate. Using his Thunderbolt, Johnny apprehends the crook and forces him to reform. When the other syndicate members get the news about their partner, they set out to kill Johnny. They kidnap Daisy, but Johnny and his Thunderbolt rescue her. He then turns the crooks against each other until the police arrive to take the syndicate into custody.
