Synopsis:
A police commissioner asks Zatara for help to solve a case in which men are murdered by an attacking airplane. When another murder occurs, Zatara reaches the scene and notices his old foe the Tigress nearby. He follows her to a law office and learns that she killed the man for his inheritance.

When the Tigress tries to murder another man, Zatara prevents the crime. He then follows the crook back to her hide-out. However, Tigress escapes while Zatara battles her gang. Though the Tigress slips away, her scheme is thwarted.
