Synopsis:
Zatara visits a night club where he witnesses a gangster mistreating a woman. Zatara steps in to help. After he punches the gangster, he discovers that the man was shot.

Zatara summons the police, then realizes that the girl has disappeared. He tracks her down along with the two men who killed the gangster in the night club. After stopping the crooks, Zatara learns that the men wanted the girl to give them the combination for the gangster's safe.
