Comments:
This story introduces Abel, the caretaker of the House of Secrets.
Synopsis:
Several children lure Egor away from the Three Witches with black jelly beans. The Witches, along with fellow storytellers Cain, his brother Abel, Judge Gallows, and the Mad Mod Witch, tell the children stories in an attempt to get Egor back. Harvey, the leader of the children, is not impressed by the stories and refuses to release Egor. The Phantom Stranger then appears and gives the kids a final tale. Satisfied, the children agree to release Egor, but he has already left with the Witches.
