Synopsis:
When Snapper Carr writes a term paper on Brotherhood Week, three JLA members volunteer to investigate bigotry-related news items for him. Flash aids a young black boy in search of acceptance for his talents, and in turn is helped against a gang of robbers. Green Arrow teams up with an Indian youth to clear the youngster's name after he is accused of involvement in a mail holdup. Snapper accompanies Hawkman to India to help a famous philanthropist settle differences between two warring tribes.
