Synopsis:
Safecracker and crime boss Tantrum O'Hanlon is notorious for losing his temper. When Hawkman captures his gang, he seeks help from a psychiatrist to get his angry under control. Dr. Ted Baker and Carter Hall offer to help Tantrum, not knowing he is a crook. Wanting to see if his subject is making progress, Hawkman keeps watch on Tantrum and discovers that he is a crook. Hawkman stops another of Tantrum's robbery which causes the crook to explode in anger once again. Tantrum lands in jail with his temper still out of control.
