Synopsis:
Supergirl completes a space mission in which her actions accidentally endangered Superman. She returns to Stanhope where she discovers that one of her robots has been tampered with by an mysterious enemy known as Topar. When another of her robots goes berserk, Supergirl is branded a troublemaker.
The Maid of Might then captures the Red Rebel, a college prankster, who is committing acts of vandalism as part of a sociology experiment. She enlists the aid of the rebel to expose Topar who is revealed as a Kryptonian teacher robot that once trained Superboy. He explains that he was testing Supergirl at a time when she doubted herself. Since she exposed his identity, the teacher robot is satisfied that the Girl of Steel is a capable hero.
