Synopsis:
The King follows the trail of the Scarlet Mermaid, a female thief that swims away from robberies aboard ship. When she steals fifty thousand dollars from the DeVeres, the King locates her hide-out and takes back the money. He then impersonates Clifford DeVere and sets a trap for the Mermaid. When the thief returns to reclaim the stolen money, the King stops her. He is wounded, but he is able to apprehend the thief.
