Synopsis:
Mrs. Van Der Vander decides to help children. She sends her servant Murgatroyd out to find some. He brings back Peachy Pet and her friends. The society woman takes the kids to a clothing store to buy new clothes. The kids proceed to destroy the store. Johnny Thunder witnesses the carnage and uses his Thunderbolt to stop them. When Mrs. Van Der Vander returns, she blames Johnny for the damage to the store.
Johnny must get a job to pay for the damage. He gets a job as an assistant for Mrs. Van Der Vander but must wear a disguise to hide his identity. The kids then destroy her home including a valuable tapestry. Outraged, the woman calls the sheriff. She blames Johnny and Peachy Pet. The Thunderbolt helps them get away. Then Johnny punishes Peachy Pet for her destructive behavior.
