Synopsis:
Having escaped Doctor Cyber's Hong Kong lair alive, Diana Prince arranges for I-Ching to be hospitalized to recover from a gunshot wound he received from Lu Shan. Diana then meets with the authorities to inform them of Cyber's earthquake machines. The chief inspector does not believe her story until the first quake rocks the city.
Diana and Patrick McGuire encounter Lu Shan in the streets after the quake along with Cyber's henchwomen. Diana captures one of the women and uses force to get her to reveal the location of one of the earthquake machines. Diana then forces her captive to turn off the machine.
After successfully diabling the machine, Wonder Woman brings the woman back to the inspector's office where she can be formally questioned. When another quake strikes, Diana uses force once again to get the location of the other quake machines from the prisoner. While the authorities are dispatched to turn off the devices, Wonder Woman and Patrick track down Doctor Cyber.
Diana successfully locates the doctor, but she falls victim to a trap. She and Patrick are chained to a wall. Cyber then reveals here disfigured face to them, blaming Diana for the damage. Wonder Woman lures Doctor Cyber closer, then strikes the woman. She manages to break free of captivity and rescue Patrick. As they escape the building together, they witness it blow up. Cyber, still inside, is presumed dead.
Lu Shan witnesses the explosion and vows to get revenge before fleeing the country. Diana then visits the hospital to check on I-Ching. She learns that her mentor has left mysteriously to pursue Lu Shan into Red China.
