Synopsis:
Wes and Dian attend a performance at a New York City voodoo club. The dancer Fay Descaules is shocked when she sees a burning triangle which is symbolic of murder. Wes takes Fay back to his home and calls his friend Bill Summers, an explorer.

Wes soon learns that a financier who attended the show has died. Fay is a suspect because her costume tail was found to contain poison. Wes returns to the club as the Sandman and meets a witch doctor who is a friend of Fay.

The Sandman brings the witch doctor back to his house where Fay, Bill, and Bill's partner Pete are waiting. He then exposes Pete as the killer. Pete wanted revenge against the financier for losing his money in a bad stock deal. He tried to frame Fay and convince the girl that she was responsible.
