Synopsis:
Dian Belmont purchases paint from an art supply store. When she returns home she discovers that some of the paint causes objects to become invisible. She returns to the store after telling the Sandman. Suspecting the paint is being used by an invisible crook known as the Unseen Man, Dian attempts to question the clerk. The man then disappears.

The Sandman arrives at the store and discovers a pair of special glasses. The Unseen Man then surprises him, but the glasses enable the Sandman to see the crook despite the invisible paint. However when Dian attempts to help, the crook inadvertently escapes.

Later, the crook visits Dian's home, knowing that she can trace him back to the art store. He attempts to kill her, but the Sandman is waiting. Using the special glasses, the Sandman is able to apprehend the Unseen Man and prove that he is the store clerk who accidentally sold Dian the invisible paint.
