Synopsis:
The King is suspicious when several crooks turn themselves in to the police and are sent to prison. He disguises himself as Slick Sam and takes his place in prison to find out what the crooks are doing. He discovers that they have built an underground tunnel and plan to rob a bank.

The Witch receives information that the King is disguised as Slick Sam. She tips off the crooks who attempt to knock him out and leave him at the bank. Instead, the King disguises himself as Terrible Tony, the gang boss. He turns on the other crooks and alerts the police before escaping. The crooks and the real Tony are then caught.
