Synopsis:
Johnny continues his messenger service in order to pay back Mrs. Van Der Vander for the damage caused by Peachy Pet. A man hires Johnny to deliver a message to the Amazon jungle in Brazil. He then boards a ship to South America.

Peachy Pet follows Johnny by stowing away in the cargo hold. She discovers crates of munitions bound for a new base in South America for a foreign power. Johnny was not intended to be the messenger, but rather a foreign agent, but the message was given to him by mistake. The enemy spies attempt to kill Johnny, but after being warned by Peachy Pet he protects himself, and the Thunderbolt prevents the ship's cargo from being delivered.
