Synopsis:
Linda Danvers and Johnny Drew enjoy a day at the beach. Their outing is interrupted by two aliens who emerge from the ocean. Johnny fights them while Linda slips away to become Supergirl. By the time she returns, Johnny and the aliens are both gone. Supergirl follows the trail into the water, but her power disappear causing her to break off the search.

Supergirl visits Kandor and has the scientists their fit her with micro-filters that will allow her to breath underwater. Meanwhile, Earth's top scientist reveal that millions of gallons of Earth's water has been stolen. The aliens announce that they are responsible.
