Synopsis:
While aliens carry out their mission to steal the Earth's water supply, Supergirl returns to the spot where Johnny Drew went missing. She discovers an underwater outpost. Johnny is held as a prisoner inside. Supergirl rescues him from the aliens. She then destroys the fleet of tankers taking the water. Earth is saved, but the aliens lament that their own planet is now doomed. They return home to die.
