Synopsis:
Rod and Marisa dine at a restaurant called El Clipo. The staff are running a racket, charging customers high prices for food they did not order. Rod pays off the crooks, but Marisa returns to the restaurant after they leave. She confronts the owner, so he kidnaps her. Meanwhile, Rod has also returned to El Clipo as the Whip. He pretends to be wealthy and orders expensive food. He then notices that Marisa is missing and finds her locked in the office. The Whip rescues her and gathers evidence to shut down the crooked restaurant.
