Comments:
This story is continued in part from the third story of Wonder Woman #3.
Synopsis:
Wonder Woman returns the America with the newly reformed Paula Von Gunther to stop a factory explosion. They are too late, but together they rescue the victims. Paula is badly injured in the fire, but Wonder Woman creates a special ointment to save her.
Von Gunther then stands trial for her crimes. Wonder Woman acts as her attorney and using an insanity plea, she is acquitted. Then Wonder Woman takes Paula to Paradise Island and Aphrodite restores Paula’s appearance. She vows to align herself only with good from now on, and Wonder Woman is given responsibility for her.
