This story is alternatively titled: "The Joker Sends Regards".
Synopsis:
The Joker escapes jail and is welcomed back by the underworld. Joker decides to embark on a criminal campaign using greeting cards. He sends the cards to Batman with clues to his crimes. Batman then deciphers the clues and tries to stop the Clown Prince of Crime.
At the first robbery, the Joker escapes after using sneezing powder to delay Batman. Next Batman and Robin go undercover as a bride and groom to prevent the Joker from stealing valuable jewels. Joker does escape capture, but at his next crime his luck runs out. Batman apprehends Joker again and returns him to prison.
