Synopsis:
At several events in Gotham City men dressed as famous folklore figures begin appearing including Father Time and Jack Frost. During the appearances crooks strike. Batman and Robin initially think the folklore characters are involved, but he traces them back to a folklore society. The members of the group are not criminals, but their janitor has been passing information to the crooks. The crooks then use the appearance of the folklore characters as a distraction to commit their robberies. Alerted to their operation, Batman and Robin are able to track down and defeat the crooks. Then are then elected as honorary members of the folklore society.
