Synopsis:
The Joker starts a clown college and begins training a team of Jokers to commit crimes around the country. His team of 48 Jokers all rob banks on the same night, but one of them is captured in New Jersey.

Batman takes the place of the captured man and returns to the Joker's college. However, his cover is blown causing him to be captured. Robin is also captured, so Batman must endure a series of humiliating pranks to save the life of his partner. Eventually Batman helps Robin escape. Then together the Dynamic Duo apprehend the Joker and his gang.
