Comments:
Mister 104 is the Post-Crisis version of Mr. 103, a foe of the Earth-1 Doom Patrol.

Synopsis:
Robotman announces his plans to retire while on a trip to the zoo with Changeling. The pair is then attacked by Mister 104, an old foe of the Doom Patrol. While Robotman engages the villain, who can transform his body into a variety of elements, Changeling protects bystanders from animals that have escaped their cages. After rescuing a young boy trapped by a fire, Gar stops Mr. 104 using a blast of carbon dioxide.
