Comments:
This story depicts Guy Gardner with his sweet and stupid personality. It also shows Scott Free and Barda on Earth. Therefore it must take place take place before Justice League International #15 since Mister Miracle was sent into space in that story. It cannot take place after his return because Guy Gardner's arrogant personality was restored while Scott was away. It must also take place after Justice League Annual #2, since the Joker's attack from that story is mentioned. Therefore it must take place between those two issues even though events in those stories leave little time for these these events to have taken place.

Synopsis:
While in the basement of Scott Free's house, Oberon accidentally activates a device which causes the house to be destroyed. Scott and Barda move in to the Justice League embassy, but their presence there soon causes friction between the team members. Batman suggests that the League construct a new home for Scott and Barda. Although, the neighbors object, the new building is constructed. However, the nails used to hold it together were created using Guy's power ring. When the charge in his ring runs out, the nails vanish, and the house collapses.
