Synopsis:
The criminals in the underworld fear the Shining Knight. The Red Dragon, a man hiding his face with a red mask, gathers them under his leadership. The new gang then interrupts a radio program to issue a challenge to the Knight. When he arrives, the Red Dragon is able to disarm his opponent, but with the aid of Victory, Justin prevails. He allows the crooks to escape, but not before using the flat of his sword to spank the Red Dragon.

The crooks regroup. The Red Dragon then kidnaps Eve Barclay and uses her as bait for the Shining Knight. When he attempts a rescue, he falls into a pit trap that is rapidly filled with water. Justin uses his sword to dig hand holds in the wall. He climbs out of the pit and confronts the Dragon. After the Shining Knight wins the battle, the crooks are turned over to the police. The Red Dragon vows to escape.
