Synopsis:
The Shining Knight battles a group of Nazi pirates operating in a submarine along the banks of the Mississippi. The pirates destroy levies and flood towns, then rob the banks. The gang is led by Kreld, a friend of Dr. Moresby. Justin uncovers, Kreld’s involvement, then using a diver’s helmet, goes underwater to destroy the submarine.
