Synopsis:
Explorer Archibald Daulton returns home with a Bloodstone rumored to be cursed. A ghostly arab shows up and scares Daulton’s partner to death. The FBI is called in to guard Daulton, and Woodley Allen’s niece Doris stays with Daulton’s daughter Laura.

With Doris involved, Starman takes an interest in the case. When he hears the girls scream, he comes to their aid. The Phantom Arab has captured the girls and Daulton and taken them to a lighthouse hideout. Starman rescues them and learns the Phantom Arab is really Frisby, Daulton’s butler.
