Synopsis:
Hourman stumbles across a museum robbery, but he is too late to stop it. The police accuse him of the crime, though he only tried to prevent it. The criminals have stolen two robotic dinosaurs which they use to loot the city. Hourman tries to stop them, but is knocked out.

Thorndyke witnesses one of the robberies and is brought back to their base. He uses his radio to summon the Minute Men of America and Hourman. Hourman evades police and rescues Thorndyke, while the Minute Men stop the dinosaurs.
