This is a Detached Service Diary story featuring Chuck. Blackhawk only appears as a narrator. Stanislaus and Chop Chop appear briefly.

Synopsis:
While on a solo mission to deliver a communique, Chuck spots the plane of Nordling, Hitler's private courier. He follows the Nazi into an abandoned building, but his presence is given away by a floorboard. Chuck is shot and wounded. Nordling then chases him through the house, but Chuck makes it outside. When Nordling doesn't follow, Chuck goes inside again to find the Nazi protecting a group of stray cats. The scene reminds him of a stage show he saw years earlier about a crazy man. Chuck calls Stan and Chop Chop to patch him up and take the Nazi into custody.
