Synopsis:
Following his defeat at the hands of Captain Action, Dr. Evil searches the universe. He finds a dying race on Alpha Centura who are as evolved as he is. He convinces them to take over the Earth and make him their leader.

Dr. Evil then returns to Earth. He attempts to strike at Captain Action telepathically. When he is foiled, he instead targets Action Boy. Under the influence of Dr. Evil, Action Boy tranports three creatures from Alpha Centura to Earth. The deadly monsters cause havoc until Captain Action destroys them.

Dr. Evil then creates a construct of Kathryn Arno, Captain Action's dead wife. Using her after-essence in the process, Dr. Evil sends the construct to weaken Captain Action's will to live. Only Action Boy is able to convince Captain Action to continue living.

As a final attack, Dr. Evil begins causing disasters across the globe. When all seems lost, a message from Alpha Centura is received. The people there regret forming their alliance with Dr. Evil and call off the attack. The disasters cease, and Dr. Evil's plot is foiled.
