Synopsis:
Scribbly enjoys a fine Spring day until his little brother causes trouble which gets him in trouble with his mother. Mrs. Jibbet then tries to throw out old toys belonging to the boys, but they save the items. Next Scribbly tries to impress Daphne with his drawings. Once again, his brother causes trouble. Dinky then encounters a bully named Stinker McGee.
