Synopsis:
Scribbly moves to a new neighborhood where he meets Huey Hunkel. Huey antagonizes Scribbly which leads to a chase. The chase ends at Huey's home. His mother scolds the boys and tries to force peace between them. Huey is a writer and reads Scribbly the beginning of his novel. Scribbly is then invited to dinner with Huey's family.
