Synopsis:
Zatara is contacted after a gaseous mist kills thousands along the coasts of Europe and Africa. Zatara begins his investigation and soon meet Nala a winged girl who takes him to the source of the deadly gas. The gas is being created by an evil race of moon men who are living in a secret city under the ocean. Zatara infiltrates the city and turns the gas against the moon men. Nala and Zatara then escape the city having neutralized the threat to humanity.
