Synopsis:
Travis Morgan finally reaches the city of Shamballah which is surrounded by the Theran army. He charges into the soldiers, surprising them with an attack from the opposite direction. He nearly reaches the gates, but his horse stumbles. He falls, but the Warlord continues to fight with his magic sword. Eventually he is able to mount his horse again and escape, but not before taking an arrow to the shoulder.
Morgan outrides the Therans and is eventually found by Shakira. She has gone back to the Atlantean armory to recover a laser rifle. She gives it to Morgan before parting ways. Sufficiently recovered from his wounds, the Warlord charges the enemy siege lines again. This time he makes it to the gates and get inside the city. He demands to see Tara, only to learn that she never returned from Kaambuka. She is now a prisoner of the Therans.
Elsewhere Jennifer Morgan whose yacht had been returning to the outside world washes up on shore in a liferaft. Her ship was destroyed. She is found by a cloaked hunchback.
