Synopsis:
In the year 2303 Travis Morgan organizes a slave revolt. His words inspire the oppressed men and rally them to his cause. The former slaves succeed in defeating their guards. Eventually, Shakira finds Morgan and leads him to a secret passage in the capital building. It leads directly to the President of the United States.
The Warlord intends to use the President as a hostage, only to learn that he is a broken man. The real dictator is Secretary Dubrow. Morgan is able to inspire the real President to action, and Dubrow is defeated. The President orders the military to stand down and gives power back to Congress. However, he still feels guilty over starting the nuclear war which destroyed civilization. Consumed by this guilt, he takes his own life.
In the aftermath of the successful revolution, Morgan's friends gather together. They bring a message to the Warlord that he has been summoned to appear before Congress. They appoint him the new President of the United States.
